Refund Policy

All products sold by EnkO Development are digital goods (FiveM scripts and resources) that are delivered instantly and permanently after purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Digital goods & instant delivery

Because our products are digital and downloadable, access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed. By completing a purchase you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once the download/access has started (in line with EU consumer law for digital goods).

2. All sales are final

As a general rule, all sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been delivered. This protects against the unauthorized copying and redistribution of source-available scripts.

3. When a refund may be granted

We may issue a refund at our discretion if:

• The product is broken or non-functional and cannot be fixed with reasonable support.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product materially differs from its description.

Refunds are not granted for: change of mind, lack of skill to install/configure, incompatibility with heavily modified servers or third-party frameworks, or issues you did not allow us to help resolve.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in the immediate revocation of all licenses and a permanent ban from the store and community.

5. How to request support or a refund

Always reach out first — most problems are solved within minutes. Join our Discord and open a support ticket with your order details. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

6. Payments & processing

Payments and order data are securely processed by Tebex, our authorized merchant of record. EnkO Development has no affiliation with any real-world brands.
